The kitchen in summer.

Eat freshly picked vegetables.

Enjoy the natural flavors of vegetables

Machiko Farm grows vegetables by utilizing natural farming techniques. It harnesses the energy of the Sun and the earth, and fertilizes its soil using natural components such as effective microorganisms (EM), rice bran, and vegetable scraps. Vegetables cultivated in these fields have pronounced natural flavors such as the astringency or sweetness that particular vegetables possess. As this farm is pesticide-free, freshly picked vegetables are safe for consumption. The juicy tomatoes and cucumbers harvested here are perfect for hydrating yourself in summer. Seasonal vegetables provide us with the water content and nutrients essential for the season. You can make dishes such as "summer vegetable stew" using these vegetables alongside Ms. Machiko. This stew has an intense vegetable flavor as it contains a variety of summer vegetables! A side dish with the colors of summer is complete.

Summer vegetable stew

As the summer vegetables grown in Ms. Machiko's fields are packed with nutrients and showcase the natural flavors of vegetables, it is sufficient to lightly season the stew.

Since this is a stew, it is okay even if the shapes of the vegetables are not perfect!

1) Add eggplants, tomatoes, zucchini, etc., to the pot.
2) Add soy sauce, sake, stock, salt, and pepper, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
