Wild life game cuisine

You can cook with meat from wild boars caught by Mr. Imada, who is a licensed hunter. Since wild boars eat whatever is in the mountain during a particular season, their meat tastes different depending on the season in which they caught. In the winter, they carry a lot of fat, so they are great for wild boar hot pot or meatballs. In the summer, they have less fat, so you can make delicious patties from minced meat.

1:) Mince the wild boar meat
2:) Cut onions and carrots into fine pieces, then stir fry and let it cool. Soak bread crumbs and minced meat in milk, then add salt and pepper to add flavors. Mix until it becomes sticky.
3:) Make the meat into desired round shapes and sizes, then fry in a pan to finish.
