A rural home-cooked buffet

This restaurant is a 130-year-old traditional residence located within "Shoku no Mori," an establishment that advocates the principle of local production for local consumption More than 20 dishes are served on the dining table in the style of obanzai (traditional homecooking). The ingredients used in the dishes are organic vegetables that have been cultivated at Muroyama Farm and ingredients brought here by the local ladies who are in charge of cooking. As most of the ingredients used can be freshly harvested, these dishes allow you to experience seasonal variations and also possess tremendous health benefits.

Muroyama Farm also manufactures and sells "doburoku (unrefined sake)."
