Making Cheese with the Taste of Fresh Raw Milk

人のご縁も旅のつながり。

Making mozzarella cheese from raw milk. Pizza topped with handmade cheese can also be made.

Log House Yamabuki is located in a natural agricultural village surrounded by the Chugoku Mountains. As the proprietors also operate Yamabuki Green Farm, visitors can also experience rural cooking made with farm-harvested wild rice and vegetables, feeding the Jersey dairy cows, and interacting with other animals.
A recommended activity is making mozzarella cheese from fresh raw milk. Heat the raw milk, add vinegar, and stir to form a cheese mass. The mozzarella cheese is ready as easy as that. You can also make pizza topped with plenty of the cheese. The taste of the fragrant cheese is exceptional.

Stay at a large log house, rich in the warmth of wood.

Visitors can also experience feeding the Jersey cows.

Today's special activity

As Yamabuki is a dairy farm, cheese can be made with fresh raw milk.
