The program affiliate Ms. Yoko Ishii had studied Japanese sweets at Matsue City, one of the top three areas in Japan for Japanese sweets, and offers a Japanese sweet-making hands-on experience at "Kodachikami."

Japanese sweets that resemble seasonal flowers are extremely adorable and seem almost a waste to eat. You can bring home the sweets that you have made.
