Make Japanese sweets and experience the soul of Japan

人のご縁も旅のつながり。

Japanese sweets are made carefully one by one.

The program affiliate Ms. Yoko Ishii had studied Japanese sweets at Matsue City, one of the top three areas in Japan for Japanese sweets, and offers a Japanese sweet-making hands-on experience at "Kodachikami."
Using kits that can make six Japanese sweets, Ms. Ishii will patiently guide you along one step at a time. Japanese sweets that resemble seasonal flowers are extremely adorable and seem almost a waste to eat. You can bring home the sweets that you have made. After the sweet-making activity, tea will be served as you relax and enjoy the seasonal variations in the mountains.
