Kanagi-cho in Hamada City is an area that cultivates grapes. Grapes are also cultivated at a monastery in a mountainous area, where one can experience harvesting grapes during harvest season. The harvest of the black jewel "pione" begins from September to October. Large, sweet, and beautifully shaped pione are covered by nets and handled with care. They are even sold as "new pione". From the end of September, attention is given to Shine Muscat, which can be eaten with its skin. From the latter half of August to mid-Septemeber, one can enjoy extra large Fujiminori grapes. Please have some delicious grapes that have received tons of sunlight and ripened on trees.
