Enjoy the mountain's bounty with a delicious meal of tempura on the veranda.

Tempura on the spacious veranda!

Kodachikami, nestled deep in the mountains, is the perfect place to enjoy the mountain's blessings throughout the seasons.
On the veranda, sample the tastes and smells of the seasons at the local cuisine workshop. Use wild flowers and vegetables to make tempura as you gaze out at the beautiful mountain scenery. For lunch, enjoy the food you prepare, alongside the local specialty, tonbara pickles, on a beautiful lacquer serving tray.
A richly fragrant bowl of Japanese-style soup made with local maitake mushrooms will leave you feeling like you've returned home. You too can experience these leisurely moments of nostalgia.
