With their wonderful smiles, Masakazu and Chikae Saito make a delightful couple! "We want everyone to be happy!" With the aim of bringing a smile to their guests' faces, the two opened up Nico Nico-chan House
The owner's wife has over ten years' worth of experience as a beautician, and after that she worked at a company for twenty years. They both decided to try and bring joy to people tired of their jobs, and weary from their day to day lives.
With her goal of bringing a smile to everyone's faces, she set about acquiring all kinds of nursing and therapist qualifications. Putting her capabilities to good use, Chikae now acts as a 'Well-being Beautician'.
"For example, making delicious food together, and having a good old chat. It's little things like that that can help you feel refreshed and happy," says Chikae with a smile. How about paying a visit to Nico Nico-chan House and taking a well-deserved break with Mr and Mrs Saito?
